Imdadul Haque Milan (born 8 September 1955) is a Bangladeshi fiction writer and playwright. He has given popular works in three branches of story, novel and drama. He made his debut in the literary world by writing childrens stories in a famous newspaper Kishore Bangla. In 1977, he began to attract the attention of the readers by writing a short story called Sajani in the weekly Bichitra newspaper. In 2019, the Government of Bangladesh awarded him Ekushey Padak, the countrys second highest civilian award, for his contribution to Bengali language and literature.
